I'm faving this so I can use it as a height reference for my own OCs. Based on what I see, my OC Sapphire would be about ten or eleven feet tall, from her feet to the top of her head, putting her in between Databyte and Decoy on this height chart. She would probably come up to Knockout's chest or Prime's hips, although judging by her tire size, if what 
said about tire height is true, seems to put her around Knockout's height. Well, I was planning on redoing her reference picture's line-art, so I should probably fix that error.
